How to Share a Figma Prototype as a Live Link (No Login Required)

Figma's built-in "Share prototype" link is useful — but it opens inside the Figma viewer, which can confuse non-designer clients. They see Figma's UI around your design, the URL is complex, and sometimes they need a Figma account to view it. There's a cleaner way.

Option 1: Export as HTML and Host on TiniDrop (Best for Static Prototypes)

Several Figma plugins convert your design to a self-contained HTML file:

Figma to HTML — basic static export, good for simple layouts
Anima — advanced export with interactions, responsive layouts, and production-ready code
Bravo Studio — for mobile app prototypes

Once exported, drag the HTML file onto TiniDrop. You'll get a clean short link that opens directly in the browser — no Figma branding, no viewer chrome, just your design. Perfect for client reviews.

Option 2: Use Figma's Built-in Prototype Link (Quick but Limited)

In Figma: click Share (top right) → select the Prototype tab → copy link. The link opens in Figma's prototype player. It's fine for design team reviews but looks unprofessional for external stakeholders who aren't familiar with Figma.

Option 3: Record a Loom and Share the Link

For prototypes with complex animations or interactions that don't export cleanly to HTML, record a Loom walkthrough. Share the Loom link instead — it's more controlled than sending a live prototype and lets you narrate the design decisions.

Option 4: Export Each Frame as PNG and Bundle

Export all prototype frames as PNGs → zip them → upload to TiniDrop. Recipients can browse the frames in TiniDrop's ZIP site viewer, which shows a file tree sidebar for navigation between screens.
