How to Track Who Views Your Shared Files

Knowing when someone views your shared file is useful in multiple contexts: following up with a client who opened your proposal, checking whether a recipient downloaded the file they said they couldn't access, or measuring engagement with a shared resource. Here's how to get that visibility.

Option 1: Platform Analytics
